    day 1: nothing but my tired legs after doing these
    day 2: again nothing but my really sore legs
    day 3: starting to get use to these and my thighs look a little slimmer

    Day2. Done with my day 2 exercise ✌
    Day3: done with my day 3 exercise ✌ ( now it seems easier ❀)
    Day4: done with my day 4 workout… It feels nice ❀
    Day5 : done with my day 5 workout ✌
    Day6 : done with my day 6 workout ☺
