    1 like = 1 burpee
    5 likes = 5 mountain climbers
    10 likes = 10 sit-ups
    25 likes = 25 squats
    50 likes = 50 calories cut
    60 likes = 1 minute plank
    100 likes = 100 push-ups

  2. I want to put my progress here but i forgot yesterday but here it is

    Day 1: i do all of the plank here and now my stomach hurt, my hands hurt my thigh hurt but it's fine, when i do the plank my body started to shaking even tho it's only 10 seconds ๐Ÿคฃ

    Day 2: i do 1 minute plank and i passed it!! My body didn't shaking too much like yesterday, i feel more stronger to hold onto that position, but i only do 1 minutes to give my body a little break maybe I'm gonna continue later?

  4. Plank – the perfect exercise to tone your body.
    Yes correct, it is very hard at first & it feels ages even ONLY for 30 seconds.
    But believe me, when u do it a daily routine, u will find it easy.
