"Workout for over 40" is bullshit. If you're over 40 or 50 workout the way you want, eat/sleep well and structure your workouts around recovery. Stop being lemmings.

I wouldn’t recommend the incline press. Low cable crossovers are a safer upper chest developer. Or a reverse grip bench.
