  2. This was fun, perfect for after my strength training🏋🏾‍♀️My fitbit says I burned 275 calories, I'm 5'5, 150 lbs and 49 years old.

    I love my FitBit, especially for my step counter and as a heart rate monitor.
    For this workout, it states 290 cal, 172 bpmMax.

  4. This is a great workout! I felt amazing after it was over. It definitely had me sweating and had my heart rate up. 😓 🥵 I burnt a total of 235 calories. 💪🏽

I'm trying to set up my own home gym due to the virus situation and would love to see a video with tips on how to set up our own home gym as well as a run down of the equipment that you have.
