    I Hope you are well ! and have gone through all of your home body weight workouts without any Equipment’s it’s been interesting to see those and could you please spend some time to post all the below mentioned muscle parts in one shot in any one of the video that is with all link Descriptions in the same video with equivalent to explained anatomy wise of each specific muscles including with steps that is workout step1 name,step2 name ….etc

    Chest , Lat (Missing) , Shoulder (Missing) , Biceps , Triceps , Squat , Traps( Missing), Forearms & Calfes (Missing). Please check and add if I missed out any muscle parts and am expecting those missing body weight workout videos without any equipment’s which I mentioned above.👍👍
