  1. You need to emphasise not to go too deep in leg pressing. The piraformis can get damaged which rarely ever fully recovers.

  2. The way you said that a leg press should not be performed with the feet close together made it sound like you shouldn't perform it that way at all. Infact it's great for the outer sweep of the quad when performed correctly. You probably should of mentioned that instead of misinforming people.
