1. Could not stand the constant chatting so I put you on silent. Sorry, but I’m one of those people who do best with basic instructions, then concentrate. I found the balance ones challenging, I am 65. Thank you.

  2. I like this workout because you are talking ….entertaining, and most of all you are reminding and educating. I like that you keep same side exercise a while,then switch to other side. Thank you so much for being thoughtful on timing and programming all this.

  3. I enjoyed this. I have to sit through some of the exercises since my knee can’t take the standing still, but I’m used to modifying things to work for it. Thankyou! You are such a positive person!
