1. This is a great workout but labeling in HIIT cardio is very misleading . There is nothing high intensity about this workout . This workout is a more about slow controlled movement which is good but it should be labeled full body , body weight strength workout . I came here for my cardio day and am very disappointed. Again it is a good workout but labeled completely inaccurately. Also this is not a leg focused workout as said in the beginning of the video , it is full body which I was cool with but again in-accurate labeling.
