  4. This walking program has helped me so much. During the first month of quarantine, I just sat. I usually walk miles in a park most days. I started feeling achy and wasn't sleeping well anymore. I discovered this program and your stretch program. I really enjoy doing both regularly. My aches are gone and I am sleeping well again. THAN YOU SO MUCH!
