  1. I DID TURN OFF. IMPOSSIBLE TO WATCH ! YOU GUYS MAYBE ARE DOING A GOOD EXERCISES BUT ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO BE WITH YOU ,YOU LIKE CHICKEN JUST TOLK AND TOLK AND TOLK … TOLK….TOLK…TOLK……TOLK…..TOLK…. NO ONE NEEDS THAT.

  2. Just finished this workout and I would like to say that the instructor should hav egiven more time to go from one thing to another in all good, but I don't think a beginner would be able to do this in proper form.

  3. Just awful. No explainations for anything, no infos about what mistakes you should avoid and too less time to get into a single exercise. Its just random stuff in sequence, that you do as fast as possible to damage your joints

  4. I did this but 20 minutes in i felt like dying so the quantity and quality of my moves got worse… but at least i reached the end🎉

  5. Thankyou for the best HIIT workout , i did it 6 days a week for 1 month i’ve reduced 5 kg for now and will continue until i get my dream body , love you guys ❤️

  6. Really enjoyed this simple straightforward workout! It’s great that i can get my heart rate up with the cardio bursts instead of having to do long tedious cardio workouts.. thanks for this one!
