I loved your creative phrases like "salt shaker," "scoop the ice cream," and "walk like an Egyptian." 🙂 The music was also so much better than other Pop Sugar videos where you can barely hear any music at all.   5. Where have you been all my life? I did a cardio workout class on zoom lastnight and right now I'm sure. It really motivated me to start doing more cardio workouts. One of the positive things that has come out of being quarantined, is that I've been taking better care of myself. I've been eating healthier and exercising daily. I love this workout! I'll doing this today. 😀🙌🏾

  6. i am the only one who gets up at 8-9 and does regular workouts for hour, then i do dancing for 30 mins in my small bathroom with the door locked so my sibling don't catch me LMAOOOOOO
