The best part of this workout was me finding out I could scoop. I was "yeah I can't do that. I'm pretty sure I can't do that. Am I supposed to just… Do… OH MY GOD I CAN SCOOP"Fun times
I LOVED this workout! And Stacy, you are so fun and inspiring! I loved your creative phrases like "salt shaker," "scoop the ice cream," and "walk like an Egyptian." 🙂 The music was also so much better than other Pop Sugar videos where you can barely hear any music at all. I love this video!! I tried it for the first time a few weeks ago and find myself doing it a few times a week. Where have you been all my life? I did a cardio workout class on zoom lastnight and right now I'm sure. It really motivated me to start doing more cardio workouts. One of the positive things that has come out of being quarantined, is that I've been taking better care of myself. I've been eating healthier and exercising daily. I love this workout! I'll doing this today. 😀🙌🏾
