I am doing this seven days a week for last 3 months ( for initial one and half month I could complete only two sets ..now I do all three sets) my whole body got toned , double chin vanished. Though I reduced only two kilos , however my weight was 60 kgs which was perfect for my height. Presently I weigh 58kgs.The exercise is easy and can be done at home in very small space without any equipment. Thank you Ms Yabar.
