  1. Really like your explanations for simple movements e.g. squeeze your butt like you're holding a piece of paper. Makes the movements much more effective!

  2. PAMELA YOU OWN MY ENTIRE HEART THANKS TO YOU I STARTED LOVING TO EXCERCISE AND I EVEN HATED TO EXCERCISE OR WORKOUT BEFORE BECAUSE OF DANCE BUT I’M LEAVING THIS YEAR AND YOU GAVE ME THE ENERGY TO WORKOUT I’M EXCITED FOR EVERY SINGLE DAY

  4. So I've done this work out 5 times now (everytime still kills me), but I'm stating to quote Pam LOL I love her live workouts when she talks it motivates me and distracts me from the burn!!
