  2. Hello from 2020, i did this walking but then it was not enough for me. So, I am doing this walking for warming up the body, and after 10 minutes do the physical exercise. It really helps to lose the weight.

  4. I love this walk and I do it from time to time. Leslie says to try exercise for ten day – is it ok to do it everyday without rest days?

  5. I am so thankful w this daily walk. It helps me a lot. I can move more flexible than I used to. I started this rountine every afternoon for 18 days now. It is not that so,stressful compared in other kinds of exercises. Thank you so much maam.
