Quite a few new exercises in here for me, which is good,keeps the body guessing! Couldn't quite do the number/speed of reps. the first time but will definitely come back to it.

This was a really nice workout to star the day. I have RA and this didn't bother my knees. One suggestion slow down between moves it seemed rushed.
