  1. I’ve had 4 anke injuries and I recovered but still can’t do cardio standing up so I do this every day, thank you ヾ(`・ω・´)ノ

  2. Thank you so much for doing this! I hurt my knees and can not stand during this quarantine. You are helping me top stay sane and more fit while i heal. =)

  3. Two years later and still helping people, thanks so much, have been so down that I can get my mental health (high heart rate with exercise), but this gives me hope. Thank you!

  4. I forgot to mention that you have amazing core strength. When you were leaning back on the bench doing those leg lifts, I was good with lifting one at a time, but noooooo, you had to take it up another level and do two legs at a time. "Ughhhhhh", I said. I love a challenge, and I tried my very best.

  5. Boy, I tell you, don't be fooled and think that just because you are seated that this is going to be easier than standing….no way, this was challenging in a good way. I totally enjoyed it. I've never watched any of your videos, but this was very doable, challenging, ouch…please stop, oh God, not another rep, and wonderful all at the same time. Remain a blessing!

  6. This was great, I’m a runner and it’s been a struggle to get cardio before a workout because of my injury. This is just what I needed, and I love your personality 😂

  7. Currently have a broke/dislocated ankle that required surgery. It’s a long road to recovery but this video is exactly what I needed to get / stay healthy. Thank you!!!

  8. OMG! I wanted to find something like this for so long! I had a bad injurie a years ago and it's so hard to me to find a good workout! Thank you so so much!!

  9. Thank you so much for this!!! Injured my knee badly doing step ups with a trainer at the gym. Had MRI and it’s a multi directional tear of the miniscus. I have been so sad and feeling down. This is just what I needed. Will be doing this daily. Hope to find more videos of you, love your pleasant disposition, timing, prompts, authenticity and kindness. Thank you again! Antoinette

  10. Injured left forefoot, an overuse that started from using my elliptical rider. $3000 dollar machine and can't use right now. This was good. Had ankle weights on and using dumbells, got a sweat going.

  11. Thank you! I broke my foot and I have been going crazy! I was able to do your work out with a few modifications for the foot, and it was lovely! Thank you so much for providing a workout like this.

  12. I really enjoyed this workout! I added it to the end of another workout for an extra burn. My only comment is on the alarm sound on the timer you used — for the first half of the video I thought my smoke alarm was going off!! Thanks for the great workout though 🙂
