I love Hasfit's low impact workouts that could still make you sweat a lot. Only workout I've been able to maintain for a month. Currently recovering from cancer and chemo 😀 😀
The first time I followed this video, I gave up halfway. But I came back again and again and proud to say that Im now able to complete the whole workout without pausing the video.
