    DID A HIKE AT WHITE TANK FOOTHILLS IN ARIZONA AND CAME HOME TO 104 DEGREES HOT AND AM NOW DOING MY WORKOUT. NOT GIVING UP.. HANDLING BIZNEEEZZZ THANKS BIG DAWGIEE

  6. Been doing this 5 out of 7 days a week for two weeks now (with and without the music). Stamina and endurance has increased as i am not dead after the workout anymore lol. Started at 233lbs, not going to weigh myself again till the end of this month… thanks for the channel and the variety of uploads ✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿
