  1. Here’s to something I’ll definitely incorporate during this crisis and to improve my overall health. Of all the martial arts, fencing, boxing workouts that I’ve done, exercising is really something I should improve with. And I’ll gain a better sense of self. Thank you 🥰🥰

  4. Honestly, I never had problems with my weight. I could eat whatever I wanted and still maintain normal weight, but a lot of junk food really affected my health.   5. Found this and love it, been doing this workout among others since Covid-19 isolation (about 3 weeks) and working from home. Love the energy of Claudia and Coach Kozac. The ab workout for those who get bored easily is one of my faves for obvious reasons "bored easily". But this one with a combo of some others (all great!) are keeping me fit and I plan to stick with this …really making a difference. Also love short but effective workouts. Great stuff!
