  2. I'm only 11 weeks but this is the first real exercise I've done since the nausea hit me hard at 6 weeks and coronavirus lockdown came into effect. So thank you for helping me to get my body moving and feel good about myself today!

  3. I love your workouts because they help me stay strong (which means I will be able to move and be comfortable later on) and because they don’t hurt. After doing several other workouts-even when I’m “taking it easy” – will cause severe nerve or muscle pain. This is my seventh pregnancy. Thank you for the help in staying fit.

I'm doing this but I'm only doing the first round so far I get so so tired before even starting the second round my morning sickness was very bad in my first trimester I'm still a bit sick this is my first week into my second trimester and I'm tryng so hard to keep active and this is working one step at a time thank you Amy
