1. Reasons why this is my fav of most of this channel:
    The starting cardio ones are non stop and they evolve from the previous one posture, it s so dynamic you have no excuse but to keep on going, which gets you on the rhythm for the rest of them. There aren t many rest parts so it s fast, you loose a lot of sweat and get heated up so that fuels the energy towards the end. The lats 90 secs are KILLER. I love it everytime i do it. Are there more like this?

  3. Perfect combo of stretching and weight bearing. Love the chill music and simplicity of just using body weight. Also enjoy option of adding other videos to focus on diff. Body parts. It’s the only exercise program that I have been able to stick with. Thank you so much!

  4. 4 days in a row I m doing this and I mean its amazing how I feel after workout. I don't feel motivated unless I m at gym but thanks to you i am back in the game.
