  3. Thanks for your videos! This was the 3rd one I've done. I love the variations, the fact that you guys don't count reps, and are positive and encouraging! I don't feel stressed when doing your workouts, just glad that I am working out. I think these are my favorite youtube workout videos!

    Instructions are simple and easy to follow, your voices are pleasant to listen to and provide motivation and calm at the same time.

  7. I liked this except for the lunging part. I have knee issues and need surgery but am avoiding that by strengthening legs etc… got another video that will be a better fit for me? Iโ€™m (60) and like yoga too.
