1. I've just done your 6 min ab work out. I'm 6'2 and 16st. What the best work out for me, I'm a beginner, an exercise that last 30min would be good. What would you recommend?

I also do couch to 5k and found I have more energy since doing your beginner workout (only did first one yesterday and was able even with 2 masks on managed to jog 3 times for about a min each, which before I just walked the whole way and felt tired after it), I now don’t feel tired after the couch to 5k and feel I could easily do another 15 minute walk. Well done joe your getting me into exercise in a fun way.

  6. Not just for beginners, it's easy to push a bit harder, or go for an extra 5 or 10 seconds. Nice set of slightly different exercises and still got my heart going. Thanks Joe! 👍
