1. I looooved this one! And I think it’s obvious that people with no boxing or similar background will have to improve their form over time? I did fine because I took karate a lifetime ago, but if someone didn’t it’s perfectly good, we exercise to improve, right? Excellent workout, I’ll definitely come back to it!!

  2. Question: why does my neck always pull and hurt when I do sit ups or crunches? It's hard to support my head without getting the tightness in my neck.
