  1. thank you so much for this ive done all the chloe ting ab workouts and i love her but they just dont work for me my abs didnt hurt after. maybe because i might have been doing them wrong, but i tried this and im going to do it everyday because i feel like im actually working out. 10/10.

I’ve been doing this daily (with the occasional rest day) for close to a month plus now and holy shit I’m able to complete the whole thing without stopping and THE LINE DOWN MY STOMACH REMAINS EVEN AFTER I EAT!!! it’s fucking sick. The vertical lines are so defined, everytime I walk past a mirror I lift up my shirt to stare and punch my muscles abit just to confirm I have muscles

  3. A helpful tip when doing this may be to try not to use momentum and let your core do all the work. Trust me it’s going to be hard but it is definitely in going to pay off in the long run. (You got this I believe in you)

  4. It is my third day doing this video, and its hard but also nice. I don't feel the ab burn right away (my own error maybe), but later on in the evening and the next day you feel it a lottt

  5. I heard some guy lost 12kg in just one month by following diet plan from NextLevelDiet, so I tried that too. Although I didn't lose that much, I could say this thing really works and it's definitely worth trying

  7. I've been alternating between these once every second day, and the other day I do her glute workout and Chloe Tings ab workout. It's been one week and I already see muscle definition in my abs, my glutes have grown and the workouts are getting easier. Keep at it guys, it works!!

    Day 1- ⚡️It was really hard and it burned.
    Day 2- ⚡️It was a tiny bit easier, not too much.
    Day 3- ⚡️This was a lot easier, so far no results but it still does burn so that must means it’s working.

  9. Hello! I'm going to log my workouts into here to keep me motivated. I do this workout twice, so I do a total of 30 minutes instead of 15.

    Day 1.) I didn't feel the ab burn like she was describing but I definitely felt weak afterward.

  10. I was happy when the first set ended and then she said " Ok repeat" ! I heard my abs scream "NOOOO!" But actually the 2nd set wasn't quite as hard. I sure hope it gets easier as I get better abs! 🙂

  11. You know it’s a legit workout when the person presenting it is feeling the burn and not trying to be robotic in completing the exercises like some other fitness people

  12. Wait, so the point of any workout is that you are supposed to feel a little pain in the area that you are trying to improve, and I felt nothing. So either I'm doing it wrong (and you have to explain) or this isn't as good as people say it is.
