  2. In the last 5 minutes I started to sweat and get tired. This was a great workout. Wish you would talk though like say only 10 seconds you got this. Anyway great HIIT workout it worked.

  3. i’ve only been doing this for 3 days (honestly it’s more of a thigh workout for me than a full body one) and my thighs feel so STRONG now like i could completely crush a watermelon between them
