  2. Is there a big difference between the elevated glute bridge and the hip thrusts (in terms of muscles activated and results)? I don't have weights at home, so this is assuming there is no additional loading via dumbbells, etc.. Thanks!

  3. Man I can’t wait for my dumbbells to arrive ! They are taking so long 😭 in the meantime does anyone have any suggestions on how to make workouts harder with just bands ? Kinda outgrown my bands now , it’s still challenging but not as challenging ! I thought of putting two bands round my thighs instead of just one till my weights arrive!

  5. I LOST 40lbs!!! You ask how? I visited website called NextLevelDiet. I selected only food I like and they provided me with DIET MEAL PLAN, TRAINING PLAN, FITNESS TIPS and HEALTHY RECIPES.

  6. Definitely want more lower body with weights workouts!

    Also, I feel the hip thrusts in my quads more. Do you have any tips to feel it more in the glutes?
