  4. Supernice workout for a 69 year old beginner, really could feel it, thank you. Used a very small weight, but I am sure I will graduate with this top notch workout. Clear, concise, challenging. It's a good hurt!

  6. I was doing your beginners kettle bell work out that was I think 25 min. What happened to it? This ones great but need to do it a little longer. The other one is my favorite!

  8. You guys have an awesome channel! One thing I think might be a positive addition in the cool down segment would be some glute and hip flexor/psoas stretches for those of us with APT or as a preventative measure. Apart from that, your routines are perfect πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ
