  6. Pleaseee do some more beginner style workouts! For people wanting more advanced ones maybe give them another option for the exercises, but I really enjoy being able to focus on the muscles i’m working 🥵🥰

  7. I dont even know if this is bad for my body, I'm literally only 11 but my BFF always does workouts like these so I'm trying to be a bit more like her, I dont really know if I should be doing these though-
