  2. Anyone who can’t spell must know weight loss tips. Lol they say don’t count calories when that’s literally what you have to do, eating whole natural foods is a low calorie diet though. So they’re essentially telling you to eat low calorie food while saying calories don’t matter.

  7. my mother hides the scale so i don't know my weight, i would estimate 115. I am trying to go down because that is pretty large compared to classmates. Maybe i am regular weight but everyone else is skinny.

  8. I cant eat a lot at one time. But that doesn't mean I dont eat a lot. I eat small portions of unhealthy food often through the whole day. The days I don't have school I end up gaining weight but when I go back I lose it bc at and after school I don't feel like eating

  9. The real way to loose weight with minimal effort:
    1. Don’t eat processed food
    2. Don’t eat too much sugar
    3. Stay hydrated and drink WATER
    4. Have a proper sleeping routine
    5. Eat from smaller plates.
    6. Find a sport that you might enjoy e.g. dance, rock climbing, skipping, yoga etc
    7. Become pescatarian

    You don’t necessarily need to do all of them but these most certainly help, or atleast helped me.
