I love how her smiley eyes make even the most intimidating workouts feel inviting and accessible. Encouraging stuff!

OMG this was tuff. I got to 8 minutes. I couldn't jump most of the time. Maybe because over 40 knees hurt. And I'm only 20 lbs overweight. I'll keep trying 😁. Makes you sweat,😁
