  4. I found this video around a month and a half before my wedding this past April and loved it! I felt much more confidant about my arms in my dress and I looked great in my pictures! This is a must! Now, 7 months into marriage, I'm picking it back up!!

  5. Hi Sarah! Thank you for sharing great tutorials! I've been doing this workout for a couple of weeks, and I'm definitely seeing changes, although I had to start out with 5 lb dumbbells. I have a question for you if you have the time: I'm seeing other "wedding arms" workouts on youtube, using almost nothing for weight, like soup cans or water bottles. Are people really going to see results using so little resistance? What's the benefit to such low weight exercises, or is it just a result of the "I don't want to get big stigma"?

  6. I only have 5lbs weights at home. Can I do more reps and achieve the same results? (Note: Im not super strong, even 5lbs can get a little heavy for me).

  7. Could you do a video talking about how much we should be training or what a schedule should look like? I go to the gym 4-5 days a week I rotate days of abs, legs, bicep/forearm/back, chest/tricep/shoulder and go on the elliptical after my strength training. I feel like I should be getting much better results than I am. Also, I feel like there is so much information on the internet that I'm more confused than ever.

  8. Just finished this.  GAH. Jelly arms! I thought I was pretty strong, but that killed my triceps.  Gonna have trouble doing my hair in the morning, which is a sign of a great arm workout!

  10. I did this yesterday while working out during my lunch break.  Now, my arms are super sore.  Today is the boot camp challenge day!! Thank you for this Sarah!  I want more work out videos!

  11. Wow just did this and didn't think I could sweat that much just doing arms!! :O and I only used 10lb's 🙂 Really struggled at times and had to pause for a few seconds but I'm gonna persevere and try this again later in the week 🙂 thanks Sarah!

  13. Even with 3 lb dumbbells, I find that whenever I do the shoulder raises, I get lots of tension in my neck. It's uncomfortable and I can't finish the workout without feeling like I'm going to pull a muscle in my neck and have a stiff neck the next day. Is this normal? What do you suggest so I don't feel this tension anymore? Thanks!

  14. I find it funny how you mentioned a few times to not be afraid to lift heavy.  Absolutely agree that it won't make you bulk up, and it would only help people achieve the body they're probably striving for.  But for argument sake, let's say it did make you bulky (it won't), then it'd be really easy to just scale back the strength training that got you bulky.

  15. I love this video, thanks for the workout Sarah! It targets all of the upper body muscles and it feels so good! 🙂 I'm going to do these at least 3 times a week!
