  1. Hello yogratnamji ๐Ÿ™ thank you for this useful workout. Actually there are 9 to 10 legs workout means videos for calf, glutt, hamstring, innerthighs n even Tuesday also 6 to 8 workouts. But Fridays only 2 work out (remove back fat n sexy back work out)for lose back fat, so pls make more videos on back fat ya under bra back workout. Thank you๐Ÿ™
