  1. I'm looking for booty band recommendations please! I have a basic set that's wearing out and doesn't provide much resistance anymore. I'd love to find a set like the one used here!

  2. Thanks so much! I would love a spot to find your leg workouts that have bands. maybe I wasn't looking in the right spot? But now that I have bands, I want to do workouts with them 🙂

  3. my review of this video: not high intensity at all, i did not break a sweat, but also i work out 3-5x/week and normally with weights. also, she should have prepared better to explain the exercises thoroughly during the rests. but! i think it makes a great warmup for before a leg day to activate glutes, or its also good low intensity for beginners to start with

  4. Love all of your workouts Maddie! I wondered if you considered doing some workouts without music and just your instruction so we can add our own? I think I have heard the "doubts" song like 500 times at this point lol! Your cues are super helpful but I would love to add my own tunes if possible… again thank you so much for all of your hard work! And, I realize most people probably love having the music so I get it if I am being unreasonable 🙂
