1. DAMN! This work out is tough. I watched the video first, then I went back and watched again while doing the exercises. I didn't do the whole time on some of them, but I'm going to stick with it for a while. 👍

  2. Fell in love with this routine since the first time I watched it, however, I would not recommend it if you have any posture issues just like I do with anterior pelvic tilt (quite normal, you might have it as well) because it demands a lot of hip flexor movement while working with your abs.
    But it's great still, just add some more exercises for your arms and you could see your condition and strength improved along with some gains💪🏽 and take care of your posture guys, pain could mean something way far from gains
