1. I'm obese and I'm happy that I found out an exercise that will fit. I've lost count how many exercises for obese people I have tried and how many gaved me excruciating pains next day.

  2. Hello mam I really thanks for your walk I started this last year in June and daily half hour I did your walk miles and I loss my weight 10 kg but mam still my weight was stop at that point why because still I do walk at home continuously
